GENERAL

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain consistent shipping times from our warehouses.

If you would like to request an international order, please contact our staff at hello@babybundles.store

Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can also use our tracking page to view your order status. 

It depends. We are only able to change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

If your order status has progressed from "Processing" to "Preparing for Shipping", then we can no longer accept edits to your order.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to our staff through the contact page or send an email to hello@babybundles.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping is currently FREE on all orders!

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain consistent shipping times from our warehouses.

Shipping times are still being impacted by COVID-19, particularly the time our Bundles spend clearing customs. We are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours), but despite this, shipping times can vary from as quick as 10 days to as long as 30. We hope you can understand that this new delay is out of our hands.

We will keep you up to date as your Order progresses via email and through our tracking page.

In order to provide a variety of quality products at such competitive prices, we work with multiple artisans and suppliers. As a result, your items may be sent separately.

Of course, we will always keep you in the loop, and provide you with tracking information for each Bundle heading your way.

Payments

You can make purchases from our website using a debit or credit card.

We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The vast majority of our customers live in the UK. Therefore, we process payments in GBP (£).

If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will still be charged in GBP (£). Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate at time of purchase - you shouldn't need to do anything!

Returns and exchanges

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, where possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Absolutely! 

All our Bundles are tracked and you will receive the tracking number once your items are shipped.

You can then track your order at any time from our tracking page.
